Q: What is Polymer?

A: Polymers are super absorbent crystals. For landscape purposes we use EnviroMoist, which is a potassium based organic polymer combined with all natural organic fertilizer called EnviroLawn.

Q: How does EnviroMoist™ work?

A: When the polymer granules come in contact with water they hydrate to hold up to 500 times their weight. The polymer, hydrated with water and fertilizer creates a semi-permeable barrier in the soil by partially sealing voids between the soil particles. This significantly increases the soil's capacity to retain water and fertilizer at the root zone where water and nutrients are most beneficial to plants.

Q: Where can I use EnviroMoist?

A: Virtually anywhere in your landscape. Grass, shrubs, plants, flower beds and garden.

Q: Can I use it with my indoor plants?

A: Absolutely! Using polymer on indoor plants is especially effective for people who are often away from home.

Q: How do you apply EnviroMoist to existing grass?

A: The fertilizer/polymer mixture is injected 2 - 5 inches into the soil. Some say that my machine looks like a aerator on steroids. If you have a new home and don't have lawn, we can spray EnviroMoist on the soil before you seed or sod your yard.

Q: How long does it last?

A: EnviroMoist is extremely durable and only needs to be re-applied every 5-10 years, which makes it very cost effective to use.

Q: Will I reduce my watering habits immediately?

A: Ironically, you will need to water more than usual for the first couple of days after EnviroMoist is applied to hydrate the polymer and activate the fertilizer (EnviroLawn) Click here for watering and care instructions
